Our Story
The founders of CentralKnowledge practice what they deliver to their clients and that is achieving sustainable performance through innovation and constant evolution. From its inception 15 years ago, CentralKnowledge is a company at the forefront of workplace and employee performance solutions and products.
Today, CentralKnowledge is leading the way in employee performance development. Both of the founders, Ajay and Teresa, are highly sought after industry thought-leaders having published several books and hundreds of articles in workplace learning and performance management. Their most recent book, "The Trainer's Balanced Scorecard: A Complete Resource for Linking Learning to Organizational Strategy" is endorsed by performance management guru and Balanced Scorecard co-founder, Dr. David Norton. It is also the first book of its kind to make tangible connection between employee training, performance and organizational strategy.
The company philosophy is to continually challenges the status quo and be relentless in discovering and developing performance oriented solutions for its clients, the industry, and for themselves. We are Certified
At CentralKnowledge we believe a company is only as good as its people. This is what helps us achieve success for our clients and sets us apart form other "so-called" workplace learning specialists. The core team is built upon the strength and experience of the founders, Ajay Pangarkar and Teresa Kirkwood. They surround themselves with like-minded and experienced learning professionals and are recognized leaders in the learning and performance industry.
Apart from a thorough qualification and assessment process, selecting the right people for each of our client requirments entails that they meet the level of high standards set forth by management and also possess one or more of the following certifications and/or accreditations. This includes:
- CTDP (certified training and development professional) or CLP (certified learning practioner) accreditation by the Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD)
- CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) certification by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD)
- Government certification such as the province of Quebec training law 90 requirement or other European certifications
- Adult education or other university related degrees
- Topic specialization require associated degrees and accreditation
